Dr. Ricky Landreneau
DVM
Dr. Ricky Landreneau serves as Medical Director and has been part of Town & Country since opening the clinic in 1985. A graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Landreneau provides both small and large animal medicine and surgery. His passion for veterinary medicine comes from a lifelong love of animals and a desire to serve the needs of his community. He is also a member of the AVMA and LVMA. Dr. Landreneau takes great pride in offering personal, attentive care to every pet and client. Outside of work, he enjoys LSU baseball and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also shares life with Honey, a two-year-old Malti-poo who happily runs the house.
Dr. Craig Fontenot
DVM
Dr. Craig Fontenot has been caring for patients at Town & Country since 1993. Growing up on his family farm, he knew early on that he wanted to become a veterinarian, especially working with large animals. Today, he enjoys helping clients improve herd health, prevent problems before they start, and make confident decisions about their animals’ care. Dr. Fontenot brings a practical, hands-on approach shaped by years of farm and veterinary experience. Outside the clinic, he enjoys working on his farm and judging livestock shows both in the United States and abroad. He also has a dog named Ellie.
Dr. Jacques Fontenot
Dr. Jacques Fontenot is an Associate Veterinarian at Town & Country. He joined the hospital in July 2025 after completing his veterinary education at LSU. Dr. Fontenot works with both small and large animals and was drawn to veterinary medicine by a desire to make a difference in his hometown. He has a heart for animals and the people who care for them, and he values the opportunity to serve families throughout the community. Outside of work, Dr. Fontenot enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Sophie, and continuing to learn more about his Catholic faith.

Jessica Soileau
Jessica Soileau is a Senior Veterinary Technician with a total of 10 years of experience at Town & Country. Her love for animals and the special bond people share with their pets first drew her to veterinary medicine. In her role, Jessica finds it deeply rewarding to make a positive difference in the lives of both patients and clients each day. She values being part of a caring team and a workplace that feels meaningful. Outside the clinic, Jessica enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with her husband and grandkids. She and her husband also have three sweet dogs: Liddy Bell, a six-year-old Feist/Cur; Nellie, a three-year-old Rat Terrier/Jack Russell mix; and Leo, an eight-month-old Yorkie.
Dancie Chapelle
Dancie Chapelle is a Senior Veterinary Technician who joined Town & Country in July 2023. Before becoming part of the team, she had been a longtime client of the clinic, making the move into veterinary medicine feel like a natural fit. Dancie brings 10 years of customer service and medical office experience to her role, along with a strong passion for helping animals feel better. She loves that every day brings something new to learn and finds it especially rewarding to help sick pets return to normal. Outside of work, Dancie enjoys spending time with family, coaching baseball, and taking the kids on new adventures. Her pets include Minou the cat, Biscuit the Great Pyrenees, and many chickens, quails, and ducks.
Lauren Deville
Lauren Deville is a Veterinary Technician at Town & Country and joined the hospital in May 2024. She is certified as a veterinary assistant through LSUE and has known since she was 12 years old that she wanted to work with animals. Lauren’s love and passion for animals first drew her to veterinary medicine, and she enjoys being able to help pets feel better each day. Her background includes shadowing and dog sitting, both of which helped prepare her for hands-on work in the clinic. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys shopping, fishing, and hunting. She also has two dogs: Brully, a Frenchton, and Annabelle, a Frenchie.
Sallye Fontenot
Sallye Fontenot is a Large Animal Veterinary Technician who joined Town & Country in summer 2025. Her love for animals, along with years of assisting her husband, Dr. Craig Fontenot, helped lead her into veterinary medicine. Sallye is also a certified phlebotomist, which gives her valuable hands-on experience in her role at the clinic. She finds great purpose in helping save lives and caring for animals of all kinds. Outside of work, Sallye enjoys sewing, spending time outdoors, and anything involving animals. Her own animals include four dogs — Ellie, Tannie, Josey, and Dutton — along with Brahmans, Jerseys, chickens, pigeons, and rabbits.
Jessica Vidrine
Jessica Vidrine is the Practice Manager at Town & Country and has been part of the team since August 2016. She was first drawn to veterinary medicine during a career change and quickly found joy in caring for animals and supporting the people who love them. For Jessica, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is seeing the smiles on clients’ faces when their pets receive the care they need. She also enjoys the daily dose of dog kisses. Outside of work, Jessica stays busy with family, friends, and her three boys. Her home is full of animals too, including three toy Aussies, hermit crabs, parakeets, and fish.
